We offer free Standard Delivery for orders over £50 and will be sent 1st Class Recorded Signed For.
NEXT DAY GUARANTEED DELIVERY
Where Next Day Guaranteed Delivery is selected, the order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is a guaranteed by 1pm next working day service, is tracked end-to-end and requires a signature on arrival.
- Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and before 10am Saturday will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders after 10am Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.
- Orders dispatched using this service on a Friday or Saturday will be guaranteed for the following Monday.
We offer free Next Day Guaranteed Delivery for orders over £100.

Saturday GUARANTEED DELIVERY
Special Delivery sometimes arrives on a Saturday, but if you want to guarantee your order is received by 1pm on a Saturday, please select the appropriate option. NAMED DAY DELIVERY
Orders where Named Day Delivery is selected will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee arrival on the named day. Special Delivery by Royal Mail is a guaranteed by 1pm next day service, is tracked end-to-end and requires a signature on arrival.
STANDARD DELIVERY TO EU AND ROW
Orders to EU and ROW will be sent by Royal Mail standard Airmail. Shipping times for EU are up to 5 working days and ROW are up to 10 working days, however there are a number of things that can cause delay to the duration that are out of control of Perfect Combination Gifts such as customs, local processes and extreme weather. Please check the Royal Mail website for up to date advisory notices.
PREMIUM DELIVERY TO EU AND ROW
To track your order to EU and ROW, you may select a tracked option, which will be sent Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Airmail or Royal Mail Tracked Airmail depending on the receiving country's mail system. Shipping times for EU are normally 2-5 working days and ROW are normally 2-7 working days, however there are a number of things that can cause delay to the duration that are out of control of Perfect Combination Gifts such as customs, local processes and extreme weather. We offer free Premium International Delivery for orders over £100.
TRACKING A DELIVERY
We use a variety of different postal and courier services, depending on the size/value/weight and delivery destination of an order. You will be notified once your order has successfully been dispatched and if you have selected a shipping option where tracking is applicable, this will be included within the email. As the tracking format can change depending on the delivery agent, here are a few examples.

Returns
All returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of goods. Any requests made outside of 30 days of receipt of goods will be made at the discretion of Perfect Combination Gifts. All returns and exchange items must be returned in the same condition they were dispatched in, undamaged with their original packaging and labels attached. Any items returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.
We thoroughly check all products before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that you have to return an item as faulty, it will be subject to an inspection. Please send us a photograph, your order number and a description of the item and fault to enquiries@perfectcombinationgifts.co.uk and we will be happy to investigate the problem. We reserve the right to reject a faulty item that does not meet our criteria – if the item does not actually have a manufacturers fault. Items deemed to be subject to general wear and tear, will not be accepted as faulty. Items that are deemed faulty will be refunded, credited or exchanged.
If an item is different to what is ordered, then please email us with a photo and a description of what you have received so we can arrange a return.
Earrings are exempt from the returns policy due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure that all items are adequately protected and packaged with the items being marked as fragile on the outside of the packaging. We would suggest that items are enclosed in bubble wrap and are either boxed or enclosed in "Jiffy" type mailing bags. For your further protection we would suggest that all items are sent by the Post Office "recorded delivery" service.
Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Post Office "Recorded Delivery" service includes insurance cover whilst the goods are in transit, consequently, should your return be mislaid you are covered to the value of the item.
- Credit will be issued within 7 working days of the date of receipt of returned goods.
- We will charge customers 15% of the unit cost of any item returned to us if we find no fault with the item.
